I Am CMU

Ghana, West Africa
I taught my first lesson today on the properties of enzymes. I had a lecture, an active learning activity, and a class discussion for closure. The students here are at an advanced level, and what American students do in 12th grade the SOS students here do in ninth. All the students work hard and are tested heavily before they are allowed to enter the school.

I hope my water and electricity turn on for at least an hour tonight, but a little sweat and smell never hurt anyone for
a day or two.
